Return Window Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from signs of wear, stains, or perfume scents

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are covered by Imera London.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–5 working days of approval.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@imeralondon.com. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Certain custom-made or handmade items may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items are clearly stated on the product page.

Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@imeralondon.com or via WhatsApp at +44 777 599 6274 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Returns Policy above.
