Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Cost Standard UK shipping: £3.99 per order.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 10:00 AM UK time are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Made-to-Order / Handmade Collection Some items in our Handmade Collection are made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch. During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
