We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that colours will appear exactly the same on all devices.

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive confirmation.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Once an order is handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Section 6 – Product Types (Ready-to-Wear & Made-to-Order)
Iméra London offers both ready-to-wear and made-to-order / handmade pieces.
Ready-to-wear items are processed and dispatched within standard fulfilment times after order confirmation.
Made-to-order or handmade items typically require 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.
During busy periods, production times may be extended. Each piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipping.
Section 7 – Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Section 8 – Intellectual Property
All content, including images, branding, designs, and text, is owned by Iméra London and may not be used without permission.
Section 9 – Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as Shopify and payment providers. We are not responsible for their performance or issues.
